A very unusual combination for pizza in the form of a creamy sauce and lightly salted salmon, but it is incredibly tasty. If you like salted red fish paired with cream cheese, then this pizza is for you.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your pizza. Turn on the kettle to keep the water warm.
Sift the required amount of flour into a deep bowl, add yeast, salt and sugar.
Pour in olive oil and warm boiled water.
Knead to a homogeneous dough. You should not knead it for too long. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film so that there is no air access and send it to a warm place for 30-40 minutes, it should fit at least twice.
In the meantime, transfer the cream cheese to a convenient bowl, add the cream, stir until smooth. The mass should be soft and creamy.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella into slices of equal thickness.
When the dough has grown enough, it can be kneaded and divided into two halves.
Sprinkle the parchment lightly with flour, roll out the dough in a circle. It is desirable to roll out the dough very thinly. Brush the dough with creamy sauce, put the tomato slices on it.
Place the mozzarella slices between the tomatoes. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
After a while, remove the baking sheet with the workpiece from the oven and quickly put slices of salted salmon on it. Sprinkle the dough with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Pizza "Al Salmone" is ready. Cut it into slices with a special knife. Very tasty, I recommend!
