I'll tell you today how to cook pink salmon with onions in the oven. The fish is tender, juicy and very tasty, and cooking does not take much time. The recipe will help out when guests are on the doorstep or when you just need to quickly and satisfyingly feed the whole family.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Remove the tail and head from the fish if necessary, then rinse thoroughly from the inside and out. Cut pink salmon into steaks 1.5-2 cm wide.
Cover the baking dish with foil and grease with oil. Place evenly prepared steaks on top. Sprinkle pink salmon to taste with salt and black pepper.
Top the fish with a “coat” of chopped onion rings. You can also salt the onions to taste and lightly sprinkle with pepper. Then tightly wrap the foil on all sides so that there is no air access and bake the dish in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Pink salmon with onions is ready. Serve fish garnished or on your own. Enjoy your meal!
