Description of the preparation:
Rice can be used round or long, the first option I like more, because round rice gives a pleasant porridge-like consistency of the dish. Sauté cabbage a little fry with meat and vegetables, get an incomparable combination with rice. Be sure to take a note of the recipe!
Prepare the ingredients.
Peel the carrots and onions, cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Cut the pork into small pieces.
Chop the sauerkraut if it is too long.
Heat oil in a pan, put vegetables and meat – fry for 5 minutes, then add sauerkraut, fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour a portion of rice into the pan, add salt and pepper, you can use spices.
Next, add water to the pan, mix everything and cook pilaf under the lid for 25 minutes. Serve the prepared pilaf to the table.
