Cooking pike perch on a vegetable pillow is very simple. The recipe is simple, and the result will certainly delight you. Cut the fish into fillets, marinate in sour cream and spices. Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the fish into fillets, cut into portions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add 2 tablespoons. sour cream, salt, spices to taste and stir.
Sauté the onions and carrots separately.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices, salt, add spices, 1.5 tbsp. vegetable oil and stir.
Place the potatoes in an ovenproof dish.

Place the pickled pike perch fillet on top of the vegetables. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 40 minutes. If the top begins to brown and the potatoes are not ready yet, just cover the tin with foil.
