For pike cutlets with potatoes, fillet of freshly caught fish is best suited. You can make minced meat not only through a meat grinder, but also punch in a bender or chopper. If there are no bread crumbs in the house, replace them with semolina.
Prepare all the ingredients you need for making pike cutlets with potatoes.
Peel, wash and fillet the pike.
Peel the potatoes, boil and cool.
Fry the onions for 7 minutes. Place chopped potatoes, chopped fillets, sautéed onions and herbs in a bowl.
