Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Melt the oil and cool. Mix the cooled oil with sour cream, eggs, cognac, vanilla and half sugar. Beat with a mixer.
Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Enter into the liquid mass. You should get a uniform dough of thick sour cream consistency.
Wash the lemon and apples. Cut half the lemon into slices with the skin, remove only the bones. Punch the lemon with a blender with the second half of sugar. Peel the apples from the peel and the core – cut into slices. Stir apples with lemon.
Stir the fruit into the dough. Try to keep them evenly distributed.
If you use a silicone mold for baking, you do not need to lubricate it. If any other – grease with vegetable oil or cover with baking paper. Lay out the dough.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top to make a caramel crust. Because when serving, I turned the cake over – the crust remained from below. If you also turn it over, then you can pour sugar into the bottom of the form, and then spread the dough. In this case, the crust will be on top of the cake.
Bake 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
