Description of the preparation:
More details on how to cook pickled garlic in Ukrainian will be described below. I recommend choosing the severity of pepper to your taste. If you like "hotter" you can take a chili pepper. If desired, a leaf of currant and an umbrella of dill can be added to the marinade. Thanks to pepper, the appetizer tastes piquant and spicy. Take note of my recipe!
Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel the garlic cloves. Blanch them for 5 minutes in hot water, then fill with cold.
Put slices of red pepper and peppercorns on the bottom of a clean, sterilized jar.
Put garlic on top.
Make the marinade. Boil water with sugar and salt, add garlic to it. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Then drain the liquid back into the pan, bring it to a boil again and add vinegar.
Pour the hot garlic marinade. Close the jar and let cool completely.
