Pickled cucumbers in a 1.5 liter jar
Cooking description:
Below I will tell you in more detail how to cook pickled cucumbers in a 1.5 liter jar. Small, sturdy ground cucumbers work best for this recipe. For taste, I use a ready-made seasoning for pickling vegetables, but instead, you can add a couple of dill umbrellas, a leaf of horseradish, currants and cherries. It will be even tastier. The cucumbers are crispy, aromatic and delicious. Can be eaten simply as a snack or used for salads.
Prepare all ingredients.
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, then soak in clean water for 2 hours.
Place half of the seasoning and garlic at the bottom of a pre-sterilized jar.
Place the cucumbers halfway into the jar tightly. Then add the second part of the seasoning and garlic. Stack the rest of the cucumbers.
Boil 750 ml in a saucepan. water. Pour into a jar, cover and let sit for 5-8 minutes. At this time, bring another batch of water to a boil.
Drain the liquid from the jar, pour in the vinegar, add salt and sugar. Then pour in a new portion of water.
Screw the lid back on, turn the jar over, wrap it in heat and leave to cool completely.
Pickled cucumbers in a 1.5 liter jar are ready.
