Preparing such a salad is very simple and quick. Sweet persimmon, lettuce, Chinese cabbage and red onion, combined with chicken, create an unusual, but original flavor range. Walnuts add zest, and a sweet and sour dressing completes the flavor of the salad.
Prepare the ingredients for the salad.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and place in a hot skillet with butter.
Fry the chicken until tender on all sides.
Chop the lettuce leaves, but not finely. Place on a plate. Spread the chopped Chinese cabbage on the leaves.
Then add the fried chicken.
Wash persimmons, peel and cut into small slices. Place on salad.
Add the red onion, cut into half rings. It can be pre-doused with boiling water.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan or in the oven, cut and add to the salad.
