Prepare your ingredients.
Boil rice in the usual proportion – half a glass of rice, a glass of water.

Transfer the peppers to a sterile jar. Boil the tomato with salt and sugar separately, add vinegar.
Pour the boiling tomato into a jar of peppers. Sterilize the workpiece for 15 minutes.
After that, roll up the jar with a sterile lid, put it upside down, cover with a blanket. After a day, put it in the pantry.
