Below I will tell you more about how to cook oil-filled pepper for the winter. In this amount of marinade, you can cook 2-3 kg. bell peppers. Optionally, you can add chili and garlic to the preparation if you like spicy. Carrots are optional for color.
Prepare all ingredients.
Wash the peppers, remove the tails and seeds. Cut into large slices. Peel the carrots, cut into circles.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Bring to a boil.
Add peppers and carrots in portions to the boiling marinade so that the vegetables are completely covered with them. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
Transfer the finished portion to a previously prepared container. Cover with a lid to keep the peppers warm.
When all the pepper is boiled, place it in pre-sterilized jars. Tamp lightly.
Pour the hot marinade in which the pepper was cooked. Screw on the covers.
