It cooks quickly, and if you buy fish that has already been gutted and peeled, then all preparations will take about 20 minutes, not counting the baking time in the oven. In this dish it is difficult to determine which tastes better: fish or vegetables, which are soaked in broth and pelengas aroma.
Prepare the ingredients for cooking pelengas in the oven with potatoes.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into slices 0.5-0.6 cm thick.Place in a baking dish greased with sunflower oil.
Peel the carrots, wash and cut into thin circles. Place on potatoes.
Peel the onions, wash and cut into half rings. Distribute onto carrots and potatoes.
Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
