Any wine can be used for mulled wine. We flavor it with cinnamon and star anise, add pear, honey, infuse and get a gorgeous drink – warming and very tasty.
Prepare all ingredients.
Wash and dry the pear, remove the core. Cut the pear into wedges and transfer to a saucepan.
Add the cinnamon and star anise to the saucepan.
Pour in the wine, turn on a slight heat of the burner, heat the wine well, but do not boil.
Add honey to the hot drink, stir and cover, wrap up with a blanket. Insist the wine for 15-20 minutes.
Transfer the pear to a glass, pour in the wine.
Serve the drink to the table!
