Cooking description:

Pear kissel is an unusually gentle, aromatic and tasty drink for adults and children. And if you add more starch, you get a pear dessert. Add sugar to taste, as the pear is a fairly sweet fruit. Such jelly can also be served during the post, since it does not contain animal products.

Prepare the ingredients for making pear jelly.

Wash and peel the pears.

Remove the boll and slice the pears.

Place the chopped pears in a saucepan.

Pour water over the pears.

Place the saucepan on the stove and cook the pears until soft for 15-20 minutes. Then beat the pears with a blender until the consistency of mashed potatoes along with the broth.

Pour the diluted starch into a saucepan and bring the jelly until thick, stirring. This will take a few minutes.
