Pears for the pie can be taken both large and small, the main thing is ripe and dense. You can take absolutely any nuts according to your taste. If your dough is white and you definitely want yellow, add a little saffron or turmeric.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the pear and lingonberry pie. Wash and dry the pears. Sort out the lingonberries, removing the twigs, rinse and dry.
Place lingonberries, icing sugar and starch in a bowl.
Chop the nuts and add to a bowl of lingonberries.
Mix everything, crushing the lingonberries a little to get a mass that does not crumble.
Cut the pears in half, remove the center and tails.
Fill the center of the pears with the lingonberry and nut filling.
Beat eggs into a bowl and add sugar.
Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until fluffy. I have homemade eggs, so the mass turned out so yellow.
Sift flour into beaten eggs through a fine sieve. Stir gently until smooth and fluffy.
Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 24 cm with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into it and flatten.
Place the pears in a circle with the filling facing down.
Place in a hot oven and bake for 45 minutes. Cool the finished cake and sprinkle with cocoa powder if desired.
