In addition to peas, we use carrots, onions, a little garlic. Add just a little vinegar. In winter, you can serve such a preparation as a side dish, or boil any broth, add potatoes and a ready-made can of puree – 15 minutes and the soup can be poured into plates. Try to prepare pea soup for the winter, I'm sure you will enjoy using it in your diet in winter.
Prepare your ingredients. Soak the peas in cold water overnight.
Boil the peas until tender – 2-2.5 hours. The peas should be soft.
Peel carrots and onions, rinse and dry. Dice the onion and grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Heat the frying pan and pour in the oil. Put the carrots and onions in the pan, add chopped garlic – fry for a few minutes until tender.
Chop the peas to a puree consistency.
Add carrots, onions, salt and pepper to your peas to taste.
Boil peas for 20 minutes and add vinegar, stir.
Divide the soup into sterile jars and roll up with a sterile lid. Put the workpiece upside down, cover it with a blanket, transfer it to the pantry a day later.
