Pea flour soup tastes like real pea soup. And the most interesting thing is that it is being prepared so quickly that you will be very surprised. Prepare all ingredients.
Boil the soup both in meat broth and in plain water without meat. I cooked soup without meat. Boil water in a saucepan, add potatoes cut into cubes. Season the soup with salt and cook for 10-15 minutes.
For frying, peel vegetables – onions, carrots and bell peppers. Chop the onion and pepper into small cubes, and grate the carrots.
Saute vegetables in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
When the potatoes are tender, add the fried vegetables to the soup. Cook the soup for another 2-3 minutes.
Stir the pea flour in a glass of plain cold water so that there are no lumps.
Pour the pea flour into the soup, simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
Quick pea soup is ready. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
