For the preparation of Fungi paste, two types of mushrooms are used – champignons and white ones. Porcini mushrooms can be fresh, frozen or dried. Dried ones must first be soaked in hot water and chopped very finely.
Prepare your ingredients. Peel the onion, garlic, wash all vegetables and grass, dry. Porcini mushrooms can be taken both fresh and frozen, or dried.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add chopped onions, champignons and porcini mushrooms. Fry over moderate heat for 7-10 minutes.
Chop parsley finely, crush a clove of garlic or pass it through a press, transfer to a pan, cook everything for about a minute.
Pour in heavy cream, bring to a boil, salt and pepper the sauce.
Boil any of your favorite pasta according to the instructions, discard in a colander.
Transfer the pasta to a frying pan, stir and heat for about a minute.
Divide the finished Fungi pasta into portioned plates and serve immediately. Bon Appetit!
