Not quite the usual combination of ingredients, but the casserole is tasty and tender. In order to make the dish more satisfying, I added a little minced meat, if desired, you can exclude it or replace it with any other meat product. Take note of the recipe!
Prepare all ingredients.
Fry the minced meat with the addition of onions, carrots, salt and spices until half cooked, breaking the lumps with a spatula.
Boil the pasta in salted water and discard in a colander.
Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze. Transfer to a deep bowl.
Add boiled pasta and minced meat.
Then add sour cream, eggs and salt to taste.
Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish. The bottom and sides can be sprinkled with bread crumbs.
Sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
The pasta and zucchini casserole is ready.
