For the dough, you will need milk, flour, eggs, a little sour cream, soda and salt with sugar. For the filling, use canned tuna in its own juice, boiled eggs and green onions for pungency and piquancy. You can take tuna in oil. The dish turns out to be very satisfying and tasty. If you cook snack pancakes for guests, everyone will appreciate the highest score!
Prepare all ingredients.
Make pancake dough. Whisk 1 chicken egg into a bowl, add sugar and salt.
Shake the egg mixture with a whisk.
Add sour cream and soda.
Stir the dough again.
Pour in half the milk.
Pour the sifted flour into the dough and stir with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
Pour in the rest of the milk, some vegetable oil and stir until smooth. The dough is ready.
Grease a pan with oil and fry the pancakes on both sides.
For the filling, boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel. Cut the eggs into small cubes.
Finely chop the green onion into rings.
Remove the tuna from the can, mash with a fork. No juice needed.
Add eggs and onion to the tuna, mix.
Add mayonnaise, black pepper to the filling, mix. Season with a little salt, if desired.
Place 1 spoonful of filling on each pancake and wrap.
Wrap all spring rolls.
