These pancakes can be made according to any favorite recipe. Remove the nutella chocolate paste from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft and easier to apply to the pancakes. Nutella can be applied in the form of a net or cornet strips, or simply spread with a teaspoon. Pancakes can be rolled into a tube by tucking the edges so that the filling does not fall out.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the Nutella Banana Pancakes.
Pour the milk into a bowl and break the eggs into it.
Add salt to a bowl.
Pour sugar into a bowl and stir until smooth.
Mix flour with flour and sift into a bowl with milk mass. Whisk until smooth. Let stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
Stir the dough with a whisk, pour in boiling water and stir until smooth.
Pour vegetable oil into the dough and stir. The butter should just spread over the dough, but not completely mix.
Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, heat and bake pancakes. About 1-2 minutes on each side.
Apply nutella to half of each pancake.
Rinse the banana, peel and cut into thin slices. Spread some of the banana on top of the nutella. Fold the pancake in half.
Apply nutella again to the folded pancake. Place the banana halfway.
Fold the pancake in half again, draw on the surface and serve.
