Description of the preparation:
Pancakes according to this recipe can be made both sweet and unsweetened. If you cook unsweetened pancakes, then add a little more salt and a pinch of sugar. In such pancakes, you can wrap any filling. We have these pancakes eaten still warm, literally from a frying pan, but when cooled they are also very tasty, and they are stored for a long time if you drive away all home ones from them))
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Beat eggs with sugar until sugar dissolves. It is not necessary to use a mixer, it will be enough to arm yourself with a manual whisk.
Add a small portion of milk to the egg mixture, about 100-150 ml, stir.
Add flour and mix well until a completely homogeneous mass is obtained.
The mass will turn out quite thick, but there will be no lumps. It should be so.
Now add milk in several passes and each time stir until smooth and look at the consistency. The consistency of the ideal test for pancakes is like a one percent kefir, but more viscous.
Now pour in 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Thanks to this pan it will be possible not to grease.
The pancake dough is ready.
Heat the pan well and do not grease it. Pour about 70-80 ml of dough into the pan and distribute it over the entire surface in a circular motion.
Fry pancakes over medium heat for a minute, or even less. Pancakes are fried very quickly, do not go far from the stove.
Pancakes turned out very tasty and beautiful. Serve with jam, condensed milk, honey or syrup – as you like!
