Prepare all ingredients.
Beat eggs with salt.
Add milk and flour.
Stir everything until smooth.
Bake pancakes from the finished dough.
Drain the oil from the sprats and mash them with a fork. Add 1 clove of crushed garlic and 1.5 tbsp. mayonnaise. Stir.
Grate the curds on a fine grater, add chopped herbs, the remaining garlic and mayonnaise. Mix everything well.
Collect the appetizer as follows: pancake, cheese filling, pancake, sprat mass, etc., until the pancakes run out. There should not be too much filling, we practically spread it over the pancake.
