Delicate, velvety taste of pancake cake with custard and sour cream will perfectly set off fresh raspberries. The dessert will turn out to be not sugary, juicy and very aromatic. If desired, the cream can be made with milk or cream with a fat content not exceeding 30%.

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Drive chicken eggs into a deep container, add 2 tablespoons there. sugar and salt. Whisk everything with a whisk for about 2-3 minutes.

Pour in water and stir. Stir in the wheat flour and stir into the mixture so that no lumps form. Pour in vegetable oil and let the dough sit for 15 minutes.
