Serving a pancake cake with ham to the table, cut it into portions and brew aromatic tea or serve the dish with a vegetable salad. Such a snack cake is ideal for a festive table or a buffet table.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Pancakes can be made both in water and in milk or kefir, as you wish.
Drive chicken eggs into a deep container, add salt and pour in water or milk of any fat content. Whisk for about 1 minute.
Add wheat flour and stir in gently to avoid clumping. Pour in vegetable oil and let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
Bake the pancakes by heating the skillet, one minute on each side.
Put the pancake on a plate and brush it with sour cream of any fat content or mayonnaise. Cut the ham into small cubes and grate the cheese on a fine mesh grater. Place some of the ham slices on top of the sour cream.
Cover with a second pancake and brush it with sour cream, put cheese slices on the pancake, but not all, leaving for other layers.
The third layer – cut the washed and peeled tomato into cubes and place it on a pancake greased with sour cream.
In this way, collect the entire pancake cake, alternating between the different fillings. The top layer should be cheesy. Place the dish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soak.
After soaking, decorate the dish to taste and serve.
