Pancake cake can be served for breakfast or afternoon tea, on the festive table. Optionally, you can put banana slices or fresh cherries, blueberries, etc. between the pancakes, decorate the dish with jam or confiture.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Beat chicken eggs with 40 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, kefir of any fat content and water. Add wheat flour and mix thoroughly into the liquid, but do not beat to avoid lumps forming. Pour in vegetable oil, stir and leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
Bake the pancakes for a minute on each side in a well-heated skillet, greasing it with sunflower oil for the first time.
Stir the curd cheese with the remaining sugar. Place two pancakes on a plate as a base and cover them with some of the curd cheese.
Thus, coat all pancakes with cheese, do not coat the top pancake. Place the cake in the refrigerator to soak for 1 to 2 hours.
When serving, garnish the cake with berries, cut into portions and do not forget about aromatic tea.
