In more detail, how to cook palak with tofu panir, I will tell below. I recommend using tofu for this recipe so that it keeps its shape well. The dish is hearty, moderately spicy and very tasty. It can be served as an appetizer with Indian cakes, or with rice.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Heat the pan over medium heat. Fry diced tofu until golden brown. Then transfer to a bowl.
Separately fry chopped onions, garlic and ginger with all the spices.
Wash the spinach, boil in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Then dip the spinach in a pre-prepared bowl of cold water and ice cubes (this will help preserve the bright green color of the spinach). Throw spinach into a colander.
Grind the spinach with a blender along with coconut milk and water. At this stage, coconut milk can be separated from the rest of the liquid, but this is not critical.
Add the spinach sauce and fried tofu to the pan. Salt, then warm everything together for a couple of minutes.
