Cooking a casserole of vegetables in the oven is very simple, even a beginner in cooking can handle it. All vegetables are alternated in layers and baked under a cheese crust. As a sauce I have sour cream, you can replace it with mayonnaise or take both in equal proportions. Use any spices to taste. I have Provencal herbs and black pepper. The casserole turns out to be juicy, aromatic and very tasty!
Prepare all ingredients.
