Description of the preparation:
Charlotte will be tasty if it has twice as many apples as dough. You can use whole grain or white wheat flour, choose as you wish. If you are using a silicone mold for the first time, it must be thoroughly washed in hot water and greased with sunflower oil. Oil a couple of drops is enough.
Prepare the ingredients.
Pour sugar, salt and cinnamon into a bowl.
Add the eggs.
Whip until foam.
Next, pour flour and knead the dough.
Cut out the core of apples. Cut the apples into pieces and add to the bowl.
Mix the dough with apples and transfer to a silicone mold. We send the form to the preheated oven. Bake at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Cool the prepared charlotte, then turn it over and put it on a flat plate. We remove the form, as it were, twisting on one side.
