To prepare a nutritious dinner for the family, buy a chilled piece of pork shoulder, take potatoes and onions. Also, for the recipe you need sauce – you can take mayonnaise or sour cream, of your choice and taste.
Prepare the ingredients for baking pork shoulder with potatoes in the oven.
Cut the peeled potatoes into medium-sized slices.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put half of the potato on the bottom of the mold. Add a little salt and pepper to the potato layer.
Wash the pork shoulder, dry with napkins and cut into slices. Lay the pieces of the spatula on top of the potatoes in a mold. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper to taste.
Next, lay the onion, sliced in half rings.
Spread the mayonnaise in two. First, pour a layer of onion with meat.
Lay out the remaining layer of potatoes, sprinkle it with salt, pepper and pour over mayonnaise again.
Bake a pork shoulder with potatoes in the oven for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees. From above, the dish should become rosy and mouth-watering.
Serve hot to the table.
