Oven pie with potatoes and onions

Making a cake is very simple and fast enough. We will use the dough and do not need to knead it for a long time. The recipe is ideal for fasting days, because baking is not only tasty, but also quite nutritious – what fasting needs! You can experiment with the filling, the dough is universal, suitable for any option.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Pour the flour into a deep bowl. Add yeast and sugar.
Add warm water, vegetable oil and a pinch of salt.
Shuffle everything until smooth. The dough should be about as thick as a pancake. Cover with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place.
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Boil potatoes in boiling salted water for three minutes.
Cut the onion with feathers or half rings and fry until soft.
Cover the bottom of the baking dish with parchment, grease the bottom and sides with oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina. The dough had already risen by then, visually divide it into two parts. Pour half into the mold.
Put prepared potatoes on the dough, add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the potatoes with onions.
Pour the remaining dough on top, trying to distribute it evenly. Place the cake pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for about 45 minutes.
The cake should be well browned. Allow it to cool right in shape, covering it with a towel.
