Description of the preparation:
Juicy and rosy chops are the best meat dish not only on weekdays, but also for the festive table. They are very easy to prepare and you can take with you to work, on a picnic, on a trip. The main thing – do not overdo it with the addition of mustard if the children will eat the dish too! Serve them with any side dish: porridge, pasta, mashed potatoes.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Wash the pork pulp in water, cut into slices of 0.5-1 cm. Maximum.
Beat each of them from two sides with a culinary hammer. This is best done by placing the pulp in a bag so that the spray does not fly all over the kitchen.
Beating all the meat will take you no more than 20 minutes. At this time, heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Combine mayonnaise of any fat content and mustard in a bowl or bowl, but not dry, but store-ready, made from powder. Do not buy mustard seeds as grains will burn during baking.
Coat the chops on each side and place them on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Place the pan in the oven.
Bake the dish for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown, but do not overdry.
Put the finished chops on a plate or dish, serve hot with any side dish.
