Making homemade marmalade with orange juice is very simple. There are only three ingredients – oranges, sugar, agar-agar and delicious marmalade already delights you with its look and taste. For details, see the step-by-step recipe.
Prepare your ingredients.
Prepare 200 grams of freshly squeezed orange juice.
Pour half the orange juice and soak the agar agar in it for 25-30 minutes.
Pour the second half of the juice into a saucepan, add sugar, add agar-agar along with the juice in which it was soaked. Heat until boiling, boil with stirring for 5-7 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Pour the hot mass into molds; molds for making ice, for making sweets are suitable. Put it in the refrigerator until it hardens, it will take no more than 1 hour.
Fruit jelly is excellently extracted from molds. After a while, you will have a wonderful treat with a refreshing orange flavor on your table. Such marmalade is perfect for decorating confectionery: cookies, pastries, cakes.
