For the recipe, you can use both canned red fish and fresh. In our version, the fish in its own juice, therefore, we will not salt the omelet, we will add only ground pepper. Cherry tomatoes fit well here, they perfectly complement all the components and give a chic result. Try and cook such an omelet, it is nutritious and healthy!
Prepare the ingredients.
Drive a couple of eggs into a bowl, add spices to your liking.
Pour milk into a bowl.
Using a whisk, mix everything to a single consistency.
Warm the pan, add oil, pour the scrambled eggs mixture. Then put in a pan red fish and cherry tomatoes, sliced. Cook the omelet under the lid for 4-5 minutes over low heat. Add green onions if desired.
