Description of the preparation:
A simple cooking dish will turn out to be very magnificent and juicy. It is best to cook omelet from farm eggs – they have a brighter yolk and are more healthy. Prepare separate servings for each member of the family, serving them hot. Especially omelet is delicious with cheese!
Prepare the indicated ingredients. You can use milk of any fat content.
Beat the eggs into a deep bowl, salt and pepper. Beat for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in milk of any fat content and mix.
Pour baking soda. A little – as if salt. If you go too far with this product, you will get an omelet very bitter in taste!
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove, including moderate heat. Pour the egg and milk mixture on it. Cover immediately and reduce heat to minimum. Fry the omelet for about 6-8 minutes.
After the specified time, it will turn out lush and porous, high. Turn off the heat.
Serve the omelet in milk with soda to the table warm, it is possible with sour cream or other sauce.
