And if you remove the cheese, you will also get a healthy diet dish. The omelet keeps its shape well and remains just as gentle and airy.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Beat the eggs in a deep bowl.
Add salt to taste. Whip everything.
Pour in the milk, mix, and add the grated cheese.
Pour the finished mixture into a bag, and preferably two. Tie it tightly on top.
Dip the bag into boiling water, cover and cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes.
Cheese omelette ready.
