The combination is excellent, tender and aromatic omelet with minced chicken – very tasty! You can serve such a roll on a festive table or for every day. The roll can be cut into thin plates, served, for example, with mashed potatoes or fresh vegetables, pickles, herbs.
Prepare your ingredients.
Beat three eggs into a bowl and add sour cream.
Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater and transfer the cheese to a bowl of eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Shake all ingredients with a whisk. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease with oil, pour in the egg mixture.
Bake the omelet for 15-20 minutes.
Add a spoonful of sour cream to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste, mix.
Brush the omelet with minced chicken.
Roll the omelet into a roll.
Wrap the roll in foil, bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve the finished roll to the table.
