Cooking description:

Bright and tasty omelet from a waffle iron is in no way inferior to other omelets cooked in a pan or in a slow cooker. Serve it for breakfast or dinner with a variety of salads, pickles, meats or sausages.

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Chicken eggs can be replaced with quail eggs.

Drive the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and ground black pepper. If the dish will be eaten by children, then exclude the pepper from the list of ingredients. Whisk everything for 1-2 minutes.

Heat the waffle iron and grease its panels from the bottom and top with vegetable oil using a brush. Be sure to lubricate the top panels as well!

Pour in some of the egg mass without pouring over the edges of the panels. Fry for about 2-3 minutes, without closing the lid, until the top of the omelet grasps, otherwise the mass will spill over the edges and stain the waffle iron.

After the top of the omelet has grabbed, you can close the lid for 30 seconds so that the dish acquires a golden brown crust. In this way, cook the rest of the egg mass. 2 eggs make 2 omelets.
