Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Hard-boiled eggs. Boil carrots and potatoes in a peel until soft, then cool and peel.
Dice the sausage.
Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into cubes.
Cut the carrots in the same cube. I add a lot of carrots, I really like it in the salad, but you can add to your liking.
But I do not add a lot of potatoes, about the same amount as carrots.
Cut the pickles into small cubes.
And at the end, add canned peas.
Season with mayonnaise and mix. Salt to taste. Our Olivier salad is ready. It remains only to decorate it beautifully.
I put the salad on a flat plate, gave it the shape of a mouse, made ears of blue onion, and a tail of it. Make viburnum or peas from peas. And a little parsley.
