Description of the preparation:
Any red fish is suitable for salad. But in my opinion, pink salmon is the most successful and budget option here. Boil it first with onions and herbs, then it will not be "lost" in the salad.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
In fish, carefully remove bones and skin.
Take a deep salad bowl. Slice potatoes and carrots with a medium dice. Cut the onion into a small cube, slightly add salt and squeeze the juice. Transfer all vegetables to a salad bowl.
Cut the cucumber, eggs with an average dice, and disassemble the fish into fibers. Send everything to a salad bowl, add peas and mayonnaise.
Shuffle. Bring salt and pepper to taste.
