Olivier salad consists of many ingredients that go well and complement each other. After all, it is not for nothing that this dish has gained such popularity for more than one decade. We are happy to eat "Olivier" on holidays and weekdays.
Prepare the ingredients for the salad.
Finely chop the pickled cucumber and place in a salad bowl.
Cut the ham into the same cubes as the cucumber.
Add chopped boiled chicken.
Cool the boiled potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Finely chop the green onion. Place in salad.
Add canned green peas.
Boil carrots, chill and chop potatoes.
Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel. Chop finely and add to salad.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and sour cream.
Season with salt, pepper and stir.
"Olivier" salad is ready in a restaurant. Garnish to taste and serve in separate portions.
