This porridge is perfect for lunch or dinner. It tastes like pilaf, but only from oatmeal. I really like porridge in this design, and all my relatives appreciated the recipe with dignity. You can serve porridge to the table with vegetables or herbs.
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel the onions and garlic, rinse, dry. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, season with salt and oatmeal. Cook the oatmeal for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add onion, garlic and chicken. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 6-7 minutes. Then add a little water – 80-100 ml., Simmer under the lid for 15 minutes. Add all the spices and stir.
Add oatmeal to the skillet.
Stir everything and serve the porridge to the table.
