Time for preparing:
Surely many people prefer porridge for breakfast, especially oatmeal. Today I propose to cook porridge not in water or milk, as we are used to, but in apple juice. It will turn out very tasty and unusual!
I had homemade apple juice, which we prepare in the summer, but you can also use the store version, most importantly, of good quality. The juice itself is sweet, therefore, we just need cereals and bases, we will not add any sugar. We will serve porridge with butter or ghee.
How to cook "Apple Juice Oatmeal"
Prepare oatmeal and apple juice as listed.
Pour the apple juice into a saucepan, bring to a boil and lower the oatmeal.
Cook the flakes with constant stirring for 5-6 minutes. Then cover the pan with a lid, remove the heat and let the porridge stand for another 10 minutes.
Add butter to a saucepan and stir. Put the porridge immediately on plates and serve. You can also add nuts, dried fruits, berries or apple slices to the plate.
