Today I will share a recipe for oatmeal pizza dough. Preparing such a dough is very simple and literally in a few minutes. And the result will delight you!
Oat flour contains about 4 times less gluten than wheat flour. And thanks to avenin, it has a tonic effect on the body. Another difference from wheat flour is that it contains silicon useful for the body, which, in principle, is absent in other types of flour in general. Oatmeal is considered a dietary food and is highly recommended by nutritionists. Today I will share with you a recipe for making oatmeal pizza dough. The recipe is very simple and the ingredients are minimal. But choose the filling to your taste, it can be absolutely any. The dough turns out to be quite thin, tender and slightly crumbly. Tasty both hot and cold. Take note of the recipe!
- Oat flour – 90 grams (whole grain)
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Milk – 30 Milliliters
- Baking Dough – 1 Teaspoon
- Salt – To taste
How to make Oatmeal Pizza Dough
Prepare all ingredients.
Whisk the egg and salt.
Stir. Add flour and baking powder.
The dough will be quite viscous.
Grease a baking dish with oil, lay out the dough and smooth it with a spoon or just with damp hands. Suitable mold size 18-22 cm in diameter.
Spread the sauce over the dough and top with any filling of your choice. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Cut the finished oatmeal pizza into portions and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
