A dish for pasta lovers in various sauces. Fry vegetables lightly so that they remain slightly crispy and retain all their useful substances.
Prepare all ingredients. Peel onions, garlic and carrots, wash all vegetables and chicken fillets, dry with paper towels.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put chopped onions and carrots in it, fry for a couple of minutes until soft.
Add the zucchini and celery, chopped into small cubes, and fry over medium heat for another 3-4 minutes.
Now put the chopped tomatoes and chopped garlic into the pan, simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes or strips, transfer to vegetables, fry until white on all sides.
Boil noodles from your favorite manufacturer according to the instructions, discard them in a colander.
Add oyster sauce to the skillet, pour in broth or water, bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the noodles to a skillet with vegetables, stir gently, let them soak in the sauce.
Divide immediately into portioned plates and serve for family lunch or dinner. Simple and delicious.
