Description of the preparation:
For the proposed appetizer, tartlets, select a small size. It’s more convenient to make out. Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste and it is also important that the cheese mass is not oversaturated with mayonnaise. Otherwise, tartlets will quickly get wet.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Grate cheese and a boiled egg in a bowl on a fine grater.
Cut the pineapple as small as possible, pass the garlic through a press. Add to the cheese bowl.
Season with mayonnaise and mix.
Take the tartlets. In each, put 2 tsp. cheese filling so that it protrudes from the tartlet. Cut the Chechil cheese into round pieces – these will be the "ears". Also make thin strands of cheese – this will be the “tail”. Decorate the appetizer in the form of a “Mouse” using “cloves” for “eyes and nose”.
Cool the tartlets before serving and serve. Bon Appetit!
