Making a daughter-in-law's pie is very simple. The dough is jellied and does not require long preparation, and the filling is prepared from the most affordable products. You can prepare mashed potatoes in advance or use leftovers from yesterday's dinner. If desired, you can add grated cheese, fried onions or any fresh herbs to the filling. Simple, budget-friendly and delicious! Try it!
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, salt and pepper, fry in a pan and transfer to a deep bowl.
Add mashed potatoes and diced boiled egg.
Salt the filling to taste and mix well.
Beat eggs and salt separately.
Add sour cream, kefir, egg and whisk everything together again.
Add flour and baking powder. Stir everything until smooth.
Grease a baking dish with oil. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina (my form is 18 cm in diameter). Pour half the dough and spread the filling evenly on top.
Pour the remaining dough over the filling and bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
The bride's pie is ready. Cut it into portions and serve. Bon Appetit!
