The marinade recipe perfectly complements the flavor of the mushrooms! I used champignons, but you can choose forest mushrooms or any other mushrooms. Together with mushrooms, you can marinate and fry any seasonal vegetables. The kebab will look more spectacular, and the taste of the dish will become brighter. Join, it will be delicious!

Prepare all ingredients.

For mushrooms, cut off the cut, and rinse the caps. Avoid washing for a long time to prevent the mushrooms from absorbing a lot of moisture.

For the marinade, combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
