To prepare a mushroom snack, champignons are needed, they cook quickly, have excellent taste. Oyster mushrooms will not make this appetizer, these mushrooms are tougher, it is difficult to chop so finely. First fry the vegetables until soft, then add the mushrooms, bring until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you want to stuff egg whites with a mushroom snack, then chop only the yolks with mushrooms. You will get a more velvety texture.

Prepare your ingredients. Wash the mushrooms, peel the onions and carrots. Peel the boiled eggs.

Finely chop the onion and carrot. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.

While the vegetables are roasting, chop up the mushrooms.
