Moldavian pickled gogoshary – a step by step recipe with a photo on Povar.ru

Cooking description:

After pickling, the slices of pepper remain firm, do not fall apart. Gogoshary will be a wonderful addition to the main dish during the cold season. Suitable also as a snack. We store the jars in a cool place.

Pour salt, sugar into a saucepan, add bay leaf.

Next, add pepper and peeled garlic cloves.

Pour in sunflower oil and water. We send the marinade to the fire.

We clean the gogoshary and cut it into large slices. Pour into the marinade and boil for 3-5 minutes under the lid.
